One of the best times I ever had was a few days in a houseboat with my young children in Lake Powell. Giggle. Splash. Campfire. Repeat. You get the idea. Thus, I hate the thought of this lake being drained. Since that trip, however, I’ve become more aware of the issues surrounding it, and have come to conclude it is on borrowed time.
